Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. This handling time includes order verification, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:
European Union (EU): Delivery normally takes 1–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping time outside of the European Union takes approximately 3-7 after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Delays
Damiano is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Weather conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, delivery times may be extended.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Damiano is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
International Shipping
At this time, delivery times outside the EU may vary significantly and will be communicated at checkout where applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@damiano.se as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you accordingly.
