Refund policy

Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it.
Once you have notified us of your return within this 14-day period, you then have an additional 14 days to ensure that the returned item is sent back and received by us.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
